Ms. Eleanor Solomon
Managing Director
A native of Antigua, Ms. Solomon attended Dalhousie University in Halifax Nova Scotia where she received her bachelors degree in political science. She then returned to Antigua where she gained banking experience working with the Bank of Nova Scotia and Barclays Bank. Ms. Solomon then returned to school and attended the University of Wolverhampton, England where she obtained her LLB degree with honours. She then attended the Hugh Wooding Law School in Trinidad. After qualifying as an attorney in Antigua she joined Clarke & Clarke, attorneys-at-law. Clarke and Clarke is one of the oldest and most respected law firms in Antigua. The firm is engaged in the practice of law with special emphasis on banking, real estate, corporate and commercial transactions.
In her capacity as Managing Director for Wealth Management Services, Ltd., Ms Solomon is responsible for implementing the policies and procedures established by the Board of Directors to ensure the orderly operation of the company. She is also responsible for ensuring that all due diligence procedures are followed by all employees of the company, thereby ensuring that the company is in compliance with international “Know Your Customer” standards.
Ms. Lisa Querard
Nonresident Director
Ms. Querard is also a native of Antigua. She attended the University of the West Indies where she obtained her LLB with honours, and then attended Hugh Wooding Law School in Trinidad. She then returned to Antigua where she worked at Clarke & Clarke for a number of years. Ms. Querard then attended Thunderbird, the Garvin School of International Management where she obtained an MBA degree, and then went to Columbia University and obtained a Master’s in Law (LLM). She is admitted to practice law in both Antigua and Arizona. She currently practices in Arizona.
Ms. Querard was on Antigua’s LLC legislative drafting team and as such is intimately familiar with the provisions of the legislation. In her capacity as nonresident director, Ms. Querard serves as a consultant to answer questions about the legislation she helped author and of related U.S. laws.
