Once you form your LLC there are certain things that you need to know and be aware of.

• If there are any tax forms to be filed, please do so. We have a list of the forms that a US person forming an Antiguan LLC will have to fill out. Please consult with your advisor on what needs to be done.
• Take all the necessary steps to respect the separateness of your LLC –so for example (and this list is not exhaustive):
  • open a separate bank account;
    
  • keep separate books of accounts;
    
  • if you have meetings keep minutes of your meetings;
    
  • memorialize the LLC actions by using resolutions or consents;
    
  • if there are specific requirements to do something as mandated by the LLC’s operating agreement follow those requirements.

The benefits of having an LLC may be lost if you do not respect the LLC form. WMS as part of its fee will provide assistance with basic LLC administration.
